These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Biojoint website and all posture coaching products and body habit programs offered through it, including the Foundation Posture Assessment, Four-Week Alignment Coaching, and Complete Body Habits Intensive. By accessing our website or purchasing any coaching program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting biojoint.world, submitting a contact form, booking a session, or purchasing any posture coaching product from Biojoint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Description of Services

Biojoint provides professional posture coaching and body habit training services designed to help clients improve alignment, develop healthier movement patterns, and integrate sustainable body awareness practices into daily life. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group movement classes, posture assessments, ergonomic consultations, and structured multi-week programs. All services are educational and coaching in nature and are not a substitute for professional physical therapy or other licensed healthcare services.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using our website or enrolling in any coaching program, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide to Biojoint is accurate and complete.

Account and Booking

When you book a posture coaching session or purchase a program through biojoint.world, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Biojoint reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our coaching staff or other clients.

Program Terms

Each posture coaching product offered by Biojoint is subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase:

• The Foundation Posture Assessment includes one sixty-minute session, a written evaluation report, and three starter exercises. Sessions must be scheduled within ninety days of purchase.
• The Four-Week Alignment Coaching program includes four weekly forty-five-minute sessions and email support between sessions. All four sessions must be completed within six weeks of the program start date.
• The Complete Body Habits Intensive includes eight private sessions over six weeks, two group movement classes, a habit tracker, follow-up assessment, and maintenance plan. The program must begin within thirty days of purchase.

Session times are subject to coach availability. Clients may reschedule sessions with at least twenty-four hours notice. Missed sessions without adequate notice may not be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Biojoint.

Payment Terms

All prices for posture coaching products are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of booking or program enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Biojoint accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your purchases, including applicable taxes. Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation of your booking or program enrollment.

Intellectual Property

All content on biojoint.world, including text, graphics, logos, coaching methodologies, exercise descriptions, program materials, and software, is the property of Biojoint or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website or coaching materials without prior written consent from Biojoint.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Biojoint, you agree to participate in coaching sessions with honesty and openness about your physical condition and daily habits. You are responsible for informing your coach of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that may affect your ability to perform recommended exercises. You agree to follow coaching guidance to the best of your ability and to communicate any discomfort or concerns during sessions promptly. Biojoint is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information or from performing exercises beyond your physical capacity against coach guidance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Biojoint website and all posture coaching services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While our coaching programs are designed to support postural improvement and body habit development, Biojoint makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, as results depend on individual effort, consistency, and physical condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Biojoint, its directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or coaching services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Biojoint for the specific coaching program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biojoint and its officers, coaches, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our website or coaching services, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Biojoint services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Modifications

Biojoint reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to biojoint.world with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Severability
